I love seeing all the charcuterie board ideas online, so I thought it would be fun to come up with a Halloween- themed one in cross stitch, complete with groupings of little spooky motifs. We have eyeballs, spiders, bats, stars, crows, candy corn, pumpkins, and ghosts - all surrounding a haunted house. It will make a fun little kitchen display!

AIDA STITCHERS: This chart contains several small areas that are stitched over 1 thread. You can certainly opt to substitute the pumpkin eyes with full crosses by leaving off the whites (or yellow in the crow eyes), by omitting the over-one stitches on the candy corn altogether, and by adjusting long-stitches so that you won't have to split any of your fabric squares. The only place you may want to āforceā the long-stitch is where the finials are. With these changes, your finished project will look almost identical to the original, so feel free to make any changes you need to!
